In which countries have you delivered on-site training?

Bright Solutions on-site training can be delivered worldwide. We have done so over six continents, in countries, which include Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey, New Zealand, and the United States of America.

How many people usually attend a Bright Solutions course?

Class sizes vary and are typically between 8 – 10 delegates. Bright Solutions limits the number of course attendees on any one of its courses to ensure adequate personal attention.

What is an in-house course? 


An in-house training course is a course that is contracted and delivered specifically to an organization, typically at their premises.

What are the advantages of in-house training?

Having a course presented in-house provides the following benefits, beyond the inherent training benefits of the course:

• typically 50% cost saving for a standard course (for 8 participants);
• ability to focus the course presentation towards areas of particular interest;
• full free customisation of course content.
• avoidance of travel costs and unproductive time compared with attendance at a public course.

How can I request an in-house quote?


To request an in-house training quote, please email sales@brightts.com with a brief email outlining your requirement.  One of out skilled technical consultants will discuss your requirement in great depth and either prepare a quote or arrange a site visit with one of our course lecturers to discuss your requirement in more depth. This process is free of charge and part of the Bright Solutions pre sale service.

How far ahead do I need to book an in-house course?

Depending on the level of complexity for notes development and combination of specialist trainers there is no rule of thumb but as a general guide we suggest a lead time of a minimum of 8 weeks for a custom program.

Are there any prerequisites for attending Bright Solutions courses?

With a custom program in most cases this is developed around a team and particular project, with this in mind we will already have a clear understanding of the teams capabilities before the program. We will always make sure that the prerequisites are detailed and if a program is developed for a company and being offered to a wider audience then this will be detailed in all correspondence and the delegate pack. In any instance if you have been enrolled on a program and want to clarify any details please either contact your course lecturer via the Virtual Learning Studio or your account manager.

Does the delegate receive a certificate for participation? 


Yes, upon completion the delegate receives a certificate of participation. This certificate states any applicable accreditations along with a detailed report of your activity during the program.

Does the delegate need to bring anything to the course?

All materials needed for the course will be supplied, including a pen, pad, and USB key containing all slides, exercises and whitepapers along with your complimentary book for further reading.

How can the delegate best prepare for a Bright Solutions course?

Unless the course description clearly states otherwise, Bright Solutions courses are not designed to require any special preparation or reading. Although if the delegates who would like to undertake some prior reading or have time to review the materials then we can arrange to ship the materials directly to the delegate with some pre reading instructions. Also if you have any questions prior to the course then please feel free to contact your trainer on the Virtual Learning Studio prior to your course.

Is there any testing at the end of the courses?

In most cases we set an action plan of tasks with the delegates on the last day of the course. These action plans are project based and will be reviewed on the booster session 4 to 6 weeks after completion of the initial courses. Please remember that you can contact your course lecturer at any time on the Virtual Learning Studio to make sure you are on the right track or for any advice.
